As an Essential Skills Tutor, you will work closely with our learners to arrange, conduct, and invigilate controlled tasks for those undertaking their Essential Skills Qualification

Your impact
- Responsible for providing literacy, numeracy and digital literacy support to learners within workshop or one to one setting at Youth premises
- Responsible for ensuring learners timely achievement of their Essential Skills qualifications
- Planning and supporting the learner in their individual learning journey.
- Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.
- Experience working with young people and/or being passionate about making a difference.
- Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style
Willingness to work towards CAVA qualification or 8375 practitioners Award Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration
Full driving license with use of own vehicle
