Founded in 2014, ITE targets real asset investment opportunities that are cash yielding with downside protection, and benefit from a team with deep, longstanding relationships and financial and operating expertise. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a small, dynamic deal team, providing immediate exposure to senior leadership and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile transactions in the transportation space, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental valuation and financial modelling for potential transactions
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, operating metrics and market dynamics
- Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, structuring, negotiations and closing
- Review and help coordinate legal documentation, commercial contracts and transaction materials
- Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Engage directly with management teams, advisors, lenders and operating partners
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and value-creation initiatives

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in private equity, infrastructure or credit investing, and/or investment banking. Familiarity with the transportation sector is a plus
- Strong academic record with a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Rigorous attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and the ability to think critically
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
- An interest in transportation, real assets and long-term fundamental investing
- Proficiency in English. Fluency in another European language (e.g. French, German or Italian) is a plus
