Our client has an opportunity for a permanent, full-time team member within their Marketing Department. Reporting to the Social Media and SEO Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating and implementing search engine optimisation strategies for both web and AI, as well as maintaining the organisation's presence on social media sites by producing engaging content and building an audience.
Job Duties
- Carry out keyword research, optimise webpages for SEO and GEO purposes, and create long-form SEO-optimised blog content.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and increase the follower base across all social media channels.
- Manage the organisation's online reputation and explore new ways to spread brand awareness.
- Assist the Head of Marketing Services with digital advertising strategy and output.
- Act as the chief point of day-to-day contact for the organisation with digital marketing agencies.
- Ensure that online services conform to relevant regulations and legislation.
Job Requirements
- A fundamental understanding of how search works and a knowledge of SERPs.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in digital marketing, preferably in SEO or Social Media.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365.
- Knowledge of SEO/Social campaign tools, including Hootsuite, Talkwalker, and social media analytics.
- Strong organisational skills.
