Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Licensing & Enablement to join their team.

This permanent, full-time position, based in the Isle of Man, offers a rewarding opportunity to lead a team responsible for the management of the licensing application process and the assessment of individuals proposed to take on controlled functions.

In this strategic role, you will oversee the efficient and effective management of licensing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The position is suited for individuals with significant industry experience in operational, legal, compliance, assurance, risk, or audit roles.

JOB DUTIES

  • Lead and oversee the team responsible for managing the licence application process.
  • Ensure efficient and effective assessments of individuals for controlled functions.
  • Manage complex investigations, inspections, or assurance work relevant to financial services.
  • Contribute to the oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.
  • Support the delivery of strategically important supervisory work within a professional team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive relevant industry experience in operational, legal, compliance, assurance, risk, or audit roles is essential.

  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance is preferred.
