- Job Duties
- Lead the planning, delivery, and management of change projects to drive business improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance processes, manage change, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Monitor project progress, addressing issues and risks, and ensuring effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Implement project governance and change management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Utilise appropriate tools and applications, including Microsoft Office suite and project management software for tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve successful business outcomes.
- Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking or regulated financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of project governance, change management, and transformation delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, Project, Teams, and Share Point.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Miro is desirable.
