This role is for an experienced Company Administrator with a minimum of two years' experience in a Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP).

  • Job Duties
  • Manage a portfolio of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for company formation, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory filings and returns.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients to address their needs.
