This role involves the daily support of client survey administration, with a start date ideally set for early to mid-September. The position is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Initially, the role holder will receive support from colleagues, progressing to managing the administration of their own client surveys independently.

Additional responsibilities include general administrative support, such as:

  • Scheduling internal weekly and monthly meetings
  • Stock control
  • Assisting with keying bills into the accounts platform
  • Printing and ordering materials
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Overseeing general office administration tasks

The role holder is expected to build an understanding of internal instruments and their administration and will assist with various internal projects.

Job Duties:

  • Provide daily support for client survey administration
