This role is a permanent position based in the Risk & Compliance department, operating in a hybrid workplace structure.
The successful candidate will become a vital member of the Centralised Functions Assurance Team, focusing primarily on maintaining and managing the Screening and Compliance Monitoring Programme of the Private Capital Services.
Key responsibilities include assisting with conducting second line of defence, risk-based monitoring activities across all areas of the Private Capital Services business according to the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
The individual will evaluate internet research and screening outputs, ensuring that testing aligns with compliance standards.
Moreover, the role involves gathering evidence, drafting reports, and tracking testing outcomes, while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The candidate will also adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements and engage in relevant seminars and conferences.

Job Duties
- Assist with conducting second line of defence, risk-based monitoring activities in compliance with the Monitoring Programme.
- Undertake evaluation of internet research and screening outputs.
- Ensure testing is carried out in line with compliance standards.
- Instigate actions to remedy deficiencies and ensure they are addressed timely.
- Gather evidence, provide feedback, and draft reports on various areas of the Private Capital Services business.
- Ensure the Compliance Monitoring Programme aligns with the Business Risk Assessment of each jurisdiction.
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Adhere to CPD requirements and participate in relevant seminars and conferences.
- Follow the organisation's core values and expected behaviours.
- Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Job Requirements
- Hold or be working towards an International Compliance Association qualification or similar relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience in compliance monitoring, audit, or trust administration roles.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player.
