This full-time role involves working as a Client Services Associate within an operations department, focusing on client administration and relationship management. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team based in the Isle of Man and will be responsible for managing a diverse range of inbound queries from clients and advisors, both via telephone and written correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving issues promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensuring effective communication and documentation of client interactions, updating records, and following up on actions in a timely manner.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to address complex issues.
- Dealing with queries from clients, both internally and externally via telephone or written communication.
- Performing KYC reviews of client files, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Actively contributing to the successful delivery of departmental objectives along with personal business objectives and performance development plan.
- Being a team player and contributing to the “one team” approach across all of Client Services.
- Taking ownership of and resolving any queries through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Supporting ongoing reviews and updating of procedures within the team and department.
- Responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
- Ensuring pended work is reviewed, chased, and closed within expected timescales.
- Maintaining a proactive, solutions-based approach to understanding issues and implementing actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintaining timely and professional contact with stakeholders at all times.
- Assisting in developing, implementing, and sharing best practices.
- Contributing to a proactive working culture.
