The Role The Facility Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the facility, ensuring it remains safe, efficient, and productive. Responsibilities include managing building systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating services such as cleaning, security, and waste disposal. This role demands technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to address logistical and operational challenges effectively.
