Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Teacher position based in Hamble‑Le‑Rice. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality lessons, monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing feedback to promote continuous learning. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, contributing to extracurricular activities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support student growth and achievement.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in the relevant teaching area, and familiarity with A Level and/or vocational curricula
- Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and using assessment methods to track student progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents
- Commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Capability to contribute to extracurricular activities and promote student engagement beyond the classroom
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTLS, or equivalent) and relevant subject‑specific academic qualifications
- IT proficiency and experience using digital tools for teaching and learning enhancement
- Previous experience in a post‑16 educational setting is preferred
