Are you a proactive and reliable individual who enjoys working with people? We’re looking for someone to join our team as Trip Support, assisting our Trip Leaders in ensuring the smooth running of group trips. This flexible, ad hoc role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a willingness to help, and the ability to complete various tasks. As Trip Support, you will play a key role in making group trips successful and enjoyable.

You’ll assist the Trip Leader in coordinating activities, managing logistics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, help handle any unexpected challenges and ensure everything runs according to plan. While previous experience in a support or customer-facing role is helpful, it’s not essential. Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a willingness to work flexibly are the most important qualities we’re looking for. Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures is a bonus, but not required. This is an ad hoc position, offering flexible hours based on trip schedules. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys contributing to successful group experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Trip Leader in coordinating and managing trips
  • Provide administrative and logistical support when required
  • Help ensure the safety and well-being of trip participants
  • Aid in handling emergencies or unforeseen issues during the trip
  • Act as a point of contact for participants, answering questions and offering guidance
  • Support with transportation arrangements, meal organisation, and activity coordination
  • Assist in monitoring the schedule and keeping participants informed of any changes
