As a Creative, you play a key role in developing and delivering innovative ideas for a wide variety of client projects. You collaborate closely with the Senior Creative, Creative Lead, and wider production team to bring concepts to life, from the first spark of an idea through to seeing it in action. At ITCH, we see short form as a science and long form as an art. You need to be able to do both, delivering commercially viable creative ideas that get our clients excited and win pitches.
You are ideasâled, versatile, and confident in contributing to pitches, building compelling decks, writing engaging copy, and working with filmmakers, editors, and animators to realise the creative vision. You adapt your thinking to suit different audiences, platforms, and formats; from shortâform social content to campaign assets, sizzles, and trailers.
While you work independently at times, you're also building your skills by learning from senior team members, developing your creative voice, and growing your commercial awareness.
The dayâtoâday:
- Contribute to pitches and briefs, ideating concepts that align with client objectives, budgets, and brand guidelines.
- Write copy for pitch decks, creative treatments, award entries, and campaign materials.
- Create clientâfacing decks, including writing copy, sourcing visual references, and preparing slides.
- Collaborate with filmmakers, editors, and animators to ensure creative ideas are brought to life effectively.
- Be present on shoots (as required) to ensure the creative vision is maintained and delivered as intended.
- Contribute to quality control by reviewing decks, scripts, and edits with a creative eye.
- Support in sourcing and pitching suitable talent or influencers when required by a brief.
- Assist in overseeing postâproduction for projects you have contributed to creatively.
- Stay ahead of trends, techniques, and audience behaviours to feed fresh ideas into the creative process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients, supporting in presentations where needed.
- Take an active role in award entry submissions, providing creative input and written content.
