As a Senior Producer, you lead the delivery of key productions from start to finish, overseeing projects through pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work) and post-production. You are responsible for ensuring these productions meet the client brief, uphold ITCH’s high creative standards, and hit all agreed KPIs, while maintaining commercial control over budgets, margins and schedules.
You act as the senior point of contact for clients during production, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth, transparent communication throughout the process. You collaborate closely with the Creative & Strategy and Client Services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers, and editors, to translate creative concepts into successful production plans. As a senior member of the production team, you also mentor Junior Producers, providing guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training. You are trusted to problem-solve in real time, protect the creative vision, and deliver consistently high-quality outputs while driving operational efficiency.
