This Senior Producer is responsible for leading the delivery of key productions from start to finish. You’ll oversee projects through pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work), and post-production. Alongside production delivery, you’ll play a central role in project management and client management, ensuring every project meets the client brief, upholds ITCH’s creative standards, and hits all agreed KPIs.

You’ll maintain commercial control across budgets, margins, scopes, and schedules throughout the contract period. As the senior point of contact for clients during production, you’ll manage day-to-day relationships, guide them through the process, and ensure communication stays clear, proactive, and solutions-focused. You’ll collaborate with the Creative & Strategy and Client Services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers, and editors, to turn creative concepts into achievable production and project plans. As a senior member of the production team, you’ll also support and mentor Junior Producers, offering guidance, feedback, and on-the-job development. You’ll be trusted to problem-solve quickly, manage expectations with clients and internal teams, protect the creative vision, and deliver high-quality outputs while helping drive operational efficiency.

Key Skills

  • 4-5 years’ experience producing video and photographic content, ideally in an agency or production company.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard.
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with experience guiding clients through a production process.
  • Solid understanding of production workflows across pre-production, production, and post.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing timelines, scopes, and resources.
  • Experience coordinating shoots, including crew hiring, location management, and logistics.
  • Ability to problem-solve in real time and adapt to changes under pressure.
  • Basic experience with contract negotiation and usage rights.
  • Good understanding of digital and social content formats.
  • Developing a network of industry contacts.

The day to day

  • Manage medium to large-scale projects end to end, including project timelines, scopes, budgets, risks, resource planning and post production.
  • Lead client management throughout each production, including status updates, expectation-setting, approvals, and feedback cycles.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, talent, suppliers, and partners.
  • Lead shoots, ensuring they run on time and the crew has clear direction.
  • Provide regular project and production status updates to the Senior Producer and wider team.
  • Track budgets, flag overages or efficiencies early, and help target agreed profit margins.
  • Support pitches and creative proposals, including sourcing talent and influencers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Be present on shoots to ensure creative vision is achieved and carried through to post-production.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights for talent and freelancers (with guidance where needed).
  • Maintain and update the internal freelancer and talent database.
  • Contribute to refining production processes, documentation, and project workflows.
  • Support Junior Producers, offering advice and oversight on their projects and client interactions.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are accurately tracked in Scoro, keeping timelines, tasks, scopes, and budgets fully up to date.
  • Ensure all productions follow ITCH’s sustainability policies, and suggest improvements that could reduce environmental impact.
