As a midweight Artworker / Motion Designer, you’ll be someone who can confidently switch between design, artwork and motion design. Working closely with our creative and post-production team to deliver quality visual work across social, digital and branded content. This role exists because our design workload continues to grow alongside an increasing demand for motion. Rather than splitting this across multiple roles, we’re looking for someone who can confidently move between design and artwork and motion graphics. You’ll be hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable working at pace across multiple clients and outputs.
You’ll work closely with our creative, design, and post-production teams to deliver quality visual work across social, digital, and branded content. Half of your time will be spent on design and artwork, supporting campaign rollouts and day-to-day creative needs. The other half will focus on motion, creating animations and motion graphics that bring our work to life across social and digital platforms. This role suits someone who started in design or artwork and has developed strong motion skills, or a motion designer with a proper grounding in layout, typography, and visual systems.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as both an artworker/designer and as motion designer
- Strong design fundamentals, particularly layout, typography, and composition
- Strong motion design experience, demonstrated through a showreel
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Confidence working across both static and animated outputs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Ability to work quickly without dropping quality

- Animating existing designs, assets, and style frames
- Supporting edits with motion graphics and visual enhancements
- Working primarily in After Effects, with a strong understanding of social-first motion
- Delivering clean, considered animations to tight deadlines

- Working collaboratively with creatives, editors, and client teams
- Managing your time across design and motion work
