The Junior Content Creator supports the creation of social‑first content for ITCH’s Internal marketing and on our Client work, assisting with filming, editing, and producing assets that meet brand guidelines and platform requirements.
They gain hands‑on experience across the content creation process while building technical skills and creative confidence.
They work closely with both our marketing and filmmaking teams to learn best practices for concepting, shooting, and editing short‑form content.
They also help maintain organised project files, support shoots, and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone eager to learn and passionate about social media.
They will be working for 3 days a week on ITCH’s internal marketing content and 2 days a week supporting on Client projects.

Repurpose and reformat content for multiple platforms.
Maintain organised project files and follow established workflows.
Contribute ideas in brainstorming and planning sessions.
Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage for client work.
Keep up with social trends and platform updates to inform content creation.
Perform basic edits and adapt existing content under supervision.
