Established for over 60 years with organic growth building to 6 offices nationally, this multi disciplinary construction consultancy is renowned for fostering a truly open and collegiate culture. The team consists of Architects, Building Surveyors, Technologists, Project Managers, Principal Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services Engineers and Low Carbon Consultants. They now have a fairly unique opportunity for a Senior or Associate level QS, looking for a very flexible role working across a range of sectors, but particularly with some of their key retail clients including Sephora and Harrods. Previous retail experience would be beneficial, but primarily a good understanding of the faster paced commercial sector would work. Strong client facing skills are key and a prowess for business development and networking also required. How you manage the combination of project delivery ansd networking elements would be down to you, but you will need to factor in over-night hotel stays in various UK cities every month or so, to coincide with the launch of the respective stores and outlets.
