The Manchester office of this very well established multi-discplined Building Consultancy now has an opportunity for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, to help compliment this service line across the region, with the London office covering the South. Being the sole Building Surveyor in the office, you will need to be an experienced Senior or Associate level professional, with good all-round experience delivering the service lines they provide to their clients (professional work – dilaps, LTA’s, TDD’s, PPMs; and project work – CA/ EA/ PM); and, predominantly working in the following sectors – industrial & logistics, office, retail, commercial and residential. You will need to be a Building Surveyor who enjoys working across an even spread of service lines, rather than wishing to work predominantly in one area (i.e. 70-80% project work, or 70-80% dilaps, for example). This is a very well established and growing Consultancy staffed by a high-achieving team, considered best in their respective fields (I will provide multiple examples). This role offers superb opportunities for further career progression for the ambitious. Please contact me for more details. …
