The Travel Specialist is responsible for optimising sales by assessing client needs through a consultative sales process. Delivering service excellence before, during, and after travel, so customer expectations are exceeded and brand profile is enhanced with each client contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to our Travel Agent partners and customers about destinations, airlines, ground arrangements, etc.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and Travel Agent partners providing outstanding customer service.
- Follow up sales enquiries promptly, calling customers directly as appropriate.
- Promote and sell both air and ground products to meet clearly defined and established targets.
- Provide packages that are tailor-made to suit the individual needs of our clients.
This role can be either based in the Bristol office or be home based, depending on the successful candidate’s location. The role is full time and will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
