Responsible for leading on the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search activity across ITC Group’s portfolio of travel brands and websites. The PPC Specialist drives high quality enquiries and bookings through paid search channels, ensuring campaigns deliver strong commercial performance and support business growth. Responsible for managing campaigns across destinations, experiences, and seasonal travel products while continuously optimising performance based on data, audience intent and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Structure campaigns across multiple travel brands, destinations, and product categories.
- Identify and capture high intent search demand across destination and experience-based travel searches and work with SEO, content, and website teams to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS and enquiry quality.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage paid search budgets across multiple campaigns and brands, and ensure media investment aligns with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
- Analyse campaign performance across metrics including CTR, CPA, conversion rate and revenue contribution and translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, based at our Chester office. The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to spend at least 60% of your time in the office. There are many benefits to being part of the team at ITC Travel Group, some of these are:
