Responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple websites covering destination content, travel experiences, and inspirational travel planning content. The Organic Growth & SEO Specialist focuses on increasing visibility for high-intent travel searches, improving organic traffic quality, and supporting the generation of qualified enquiries and bookings. This role will also play a key part in shaping our AI search strategy and how we optimise performance in AI and LLMs.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies across multiple travel brands and websites
- Conduct technical audits to identify issues affecting crawlability, indexing and performance
- Work with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements
- Optimise destination pages, travel guides and landing pages to improve search visibility and engagement
- Implement internal linking strategies to strengthen site architecture and topical authority
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and enquiry performance and work closely with paid search and marketing teams to align organic and paid search strategies
- Support the development of destination content, editorial features and travel inspiration content
This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, based at our Chester office. The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to spend at least 60% of your time in the office, mandatory days being Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
