Your day to day:

• Lead client projects in Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as a senior technical expert
• Analyse requirements, Design and architect client-specific solutions, from concept to deployment with a focus on PTC technologies (Windchill, etc.)
• Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical implementations (design, configure, customise)
• Deliver and facilitate client workshops and strategic discussions
• Ensure quality delivery and clients satisfaction through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Develop standardized solution components that enrich the DxP Services portfolio
• Drive and support innovation by refining our methodologies and strategic approach to PLM/SLM
• Identify and support acquisition of potential new projects and new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing

What You Bring:

• A degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
• 15+ years of experience in IT or business process consulting ideally as a Solution Architect, Developer, or Technical Project Lead
• Hands-on experience in enterprise SLM or PLM solutions especially in industries like automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, or mechanical engineering
• A track record of leading integration projects and driving results
• Problem-solving, solution-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in autonomy, customer service-oriented, high-energy & results-oriented mindset
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops
• Experience configuring or customising PTC solutions: Windchill, Arbortext, SIM, S&PI. ThingWorx is a plus
