Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global rollout projects across multiple regions and hundreds of locations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, rollout schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
- Design and document structured runbooks outlining deployment steps, responsibilities, timelines, risk mitigation, and escalation paths.
- Establish clear progress tracking and reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency to stakeholders and leadership.
- Select and utilize appropriate project management tools to monitor milestones, dependencies, and delivery health.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase rollout efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Operations, Vendors, and Regional Stakeholders.
- Manage country-specific deployment considerations including localization, compliance, infrastructure readiness, and operational training.
- Ensure strong change management practices to support successful adoption at site level.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site global deployments, ideally across hundreds of locations.
- Strong experience delivering projects within UK/EU markets preferred.
- Experience in hospitality technology rollouts, particularly POS systems such as Oracle Simphony and Oracle OPERA.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony is highly desirable.
- Strong capability in building structured rollout documentation and operational runbooks.
- Experience leveraging automation to improve project execution and tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
