Role Overview
Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in hospitality technology platforms to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Exp – 5-8 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for hospitality platforms.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Define product workflows, system integrations, and data requirements for hospitality solutions (PMS, booking engines, guest experience platforms).
- Support solution definition, testing, and validation to ensure business objectives are met.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, customers, and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum).
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Good understanding of system integrations and digital platforms.
- Exposure to the hospitality domain (PMS, reservations, guest journey systems) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
