We're looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to help grow our Managed Security Services (MSSP) business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a large customer base and maintain it.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys winning new business, building relationships and helping shape how we grow this part of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to develop new opportunities while also working with selected existing customers who have significant potential for Managed Security Services.

If you're hungry, self-motivated and want to be part of a business where your ideas matter, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Your primary focus will be driving new Managed Security Services business, identifying organisations that would benefit from our cyber security services and building long-term relationships.

Alongside new business development, you'll also have access to a number of existing accounts with opportunities to introduce and grow our MSSP offering.

You'll work closely with our technical consultants and leadership team to develop propositions, shape sales campaigns and help influence the future direction of our MSSP offering.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Winning new Managed Security Services customers.
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer challenges.
  • Working alongside technical specialists to design the right solutions.
  • Managing opportunities from first conversation through to close.
  • Developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Representing the business professionally both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Helping shape our MSSP sales strategy as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience selling Managed Services, ideally within Cyber Security (MSSP).
  • As a minimum, experience working within an MSP environment.
  • A proven track record of generating new business.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
  • Commercially aware with excellent listening skills.
  • Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a close-knit team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • The Type of Person Who'll Thrive Here

We're less interested in someone who wants to simply "manage accounts" and more interested in someone who gets excited about creating opportunities.

You'll probably be someone who

  • Loves opening doors and starting conversations.
  • Is naturally curious and asks great questions.
  • Doesn't give up after one "no".
  • Wants to make a genuine impact.
  • Enjoys working in a business where you can influence decisions.
  • Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company.

What We Offer

  • £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
  • Opportunity to help shape a growing MSSP business.
  • Supportive, experienced technical team.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Career progression as the business continues to grow.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you've sold within the MSP or cyber security industry and you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence the future of a growing Managed Security Services business, we'd love to hear from you.
