Key Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate and monitor bottling, labelling, and disgorging equipment
- Support the planning and execution of daily production runs
- Ensure production quality standards and safety procedures are maintained
- Assist with warehouse organisation and stock movement
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support basic equipment maintenance
- Guide and coordinate small teams of production operators
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- During harvest, you may also work closely with experienced winemakers, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to the winemaking process.
