ITAS - International Technical Automotive Systems specialises in automotive bodyshop approval programs, providing services in the UK, Europe, and internationally. ITAS delivers expert technical training programs tailored to the rapidly evolving vehicle technology, trusted by leading manufacturers such as Porsche, Jaguar-Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Suzuki, Mazda, Renault and Toyota. Our training focuses on both theoretical and practical elements to ensure repair quality and technical competence. Due to high current and future training delivery commitments we are looking to expand and strengthen our training team.
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Milton Keynes, for a Technical Trainer. Responsibilities include delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge to industry professionals. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of instruction and stay up to date with advancements in automotive technology and repair methodologies. The role also involves assessing participants’ technical knowledge and providing feedback to improve their skills.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
- Welding and Panel experience is essential with a good understanding of HV and ADAS systems.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with trainees and teams
- Ability to adapt to evolving automotive technologies and teach the latest repair techniques
- Familiarity with bodyshop operations and manufacturer standards is highly desirable
