ITApps is looking for an AI Solutions Evangelist to drive go-to-market for our AI solutions - creating demand, shaping opportunities, enabling sales, and building trust with enterprise customers and partners. You'll be the face of our proposition running workshops, delivering compelling demos, leading early-stage solutioning, and helping customers see clear value and ROI. Also supports technical validation (e.g., POCs), solution packaging and smooth handover to delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI solution narrative for ITApps use cases, value propositions, differentiation, and outcomes for vertical industries
- Run customer discovery & solution workshops
- Deliver high-impact demos
- Support pipeline creation
- Lead value engineering
- Enable internal teams
- Partner motion
- Content & thought leadership
- Design and guide POCs
- Support solution architecture at a high level
- Package repeatable offerings
- Ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing GTM role such as Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, Solution Architect (resales), Technical Evangelist/Advocate or similar
- Strong ability to tell a technical story: translate business pain into solution outcomes and defend the 'why this/ why now'
- Experience in one or more: Contact Center/CCaaS, CX automation, chat/voice bots, CRM integrations, enterprise SaaS
- Comfortable with workshops, whiteboarding, demos, and executive presentations
- Working knowledge of: APIs & integrations (REST, webhooks, basic JSON), Cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP fundamentals), Security basics (SSO roles/permissions, data handling, governance)
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery, Partners, and customer teams
- Excellent English communication (additional ASEAN languages are a plus)
