Italian Secret is a food production startup based in London, focused on high-quality Italian products. We operate with clear procedures, a hands-on approach, and an in-house management system supporting daily production and fulfilment.
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our on-site production team in London. This is a manual, operational role focused on food production and order fulfilment. You will work on the production floor, supporting daily manufacturing activities and preparing and fulfilling orders for customers and partners picked up by our delivery partners. No seniority is required. What matters is manual skills, reliability, and willingness to work. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and assist with food production machinery
- Support daily food production activities
- Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
- Support order preparation, packing, and fulfilment
- Work effectively as part of a small production team
- Hands-on person with good manual skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable with physical and repetitive work
- Able to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Team-oriented and respectful of shared workspaces
- Previous experience in food production or similar environments is a plus, but not required
- Part time or Full-time, on-site role in London
