What Youll Do

As aProperty Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing clients through warm calling, marketing, and business development

• Staying current on real estate trends, laws, and market dynamics

• Conducting property valuations and advising clients accordingly

• Arranging and attending property viewings

• Managing a pipeline through accurate record keeping and CRM updates

• Assisting clients with strategies to improve property value

• Negotiating offers and closing deals on behalf of clients

To succeed in this role, youll need to bring:

• Provenexperience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment

Minimum Requirements

• Education certificate (GCSE level or higher)

• Valid driving license

• At leastsix months of financial savingsto support relocation
