We’re seeking an organised, proactive and people‑focused Business Operations Lead to play a key role in keeping our organisation running smoothly and effectively. This is a varied and high‑impact position supporting our Executive Committee, Board and Managing Partner, while also shaping the day‑to‑day experience of staff and visitors across the business.
In this role, you’ll manage governance processes, coordinate high‑level meetings, prepare reports and ensure clear communication flows across the organisation. You’ll lead essential health & safety functions, oversee office and facilities management, and maintain a compliant, ISO‑aligned policy library that supports our operational standards.
You’ll also help deliver engaging internal communications, support company events, and champion tools and processes that make work easier and more inclusive for everyone.
