Compensation
$25–$30/hr pay range
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a Windows 11 rollout across 600+ client workstations
- Installing and configuring Windows OS and client applications
- Working both onsite at customer locations and from the main office
- Collaborating with internal teams to stay on schedule and meet project deadlines
- Troubleshooting and resolving workstation and application issues
- Ensuring each deployment is clean, complete, and fully functional
- Representing the company professionally while working directly with end users
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Prior experience supporting Windows workstation environments
- Ability to install and configure applications efficiently and accurately
- Comfort working at multiple sites and interfacing directly with clients
- A sense of urgency—speed and accuracy are key to success in this role
- Experience with OS upgrades or deployment projects is a major plus
- Must be presentable and able to represent our client well in the field
