Treasury Analyst

Overview

Our client is seeking a Treasury Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing cash flow across a fast-growing network. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact financial efficiency and strategy while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Compensation

10% annual bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts by collaborating with multiple departments
• Manage and report on bank balances for senior leadership
• Facilitate internal cash flow and manage relationships with multiple commercial banks
• Maintain banking controls and financial system integrity
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired locations into treasury and finance systems
• Support capital raise preparations and audit activities
• Streamline processes and contribute to ad-hoc financial projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with treasury functions in a multi-site healthcare or retail environment (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and challenge existing processes
