Compensation

$65,000 – $70,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing

Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with high accuracy

Support monthly close processes and assist with financial reporting

Execute weekly check runs and vendor payment management

Review and approve invoices and employee expense reports

Prepare and file 1099s, ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines

Support new system rollouts and provide training to peers

What You’ll Need to be Considered

Be able to do the job as described

Experience with construction accounting software (Sage 300 is a big plus)

Knowledge of tools like SAP Concur, Procore, and Textura preferred

Comfortable working in Excel with VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and basic macros

Associate’s degree strongly preferred
