Compensation
$80,000–$100,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive ROI modeling and analysis to evaluate capital investment opportunities
- Build and refine complex financial models, forecasts, and reports
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve capital expenditure processes
- Develop dashboards and tools to monitor capital and investment performance
- Present insights to executive leadership that influence decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting for capital spend
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis tied to operations and finance strategy
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 4-5 years of experience (2 recent years in FP&A)
- Experience working in a large, complex business environment
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools—Power BI is a major plus
- Advanced Excel skills paired with comfort in PowerPoint presentations
- Exposure to ERP systems like PeopleSoft or similar
