Compensation:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving as the accounting lead for 10+ facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financials
- Performing monthly close procedures and recording journal entries
- Analyzing and validating financial statements across multiple entities
- Collaborating with other departments (Tax, Cash, CBO) to resolve discrepancies
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing partnership distributions
- Mentoring and reviewing work from junior accountants
- Contributing to integration projects and cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- CPA, preferred
- Multi-entity accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Background in public accounting is a plus
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP system
- Comfort with repetitive, research-driven tasks requiring high attention to detail
