Play a key role in powering the operations behind software that supports mission-critical infrastructure across 14 countries and 40 U.S. states. Our client is looking for a detail-driven Sales and Contracts Administrator to help streamline proposals, manage sales documents, and support procurement processes in a fast-growing technology company.

Compensation: $55K+/- depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, quotes, and invoices
- Managing contract review and execution across departments
- Coordinating with sales, legal, engineering, and finance to streamline workflows
- Maintaining internal documentation related to sales and procurement
- Improving contract and sales support processes
- Managing CRM records (Pipedrive preferred) and assisting with compliance tracking
- Supporting document organization using digital platforms and tools
