ITAC Solutions is working with a premier healthcare organization to assist them in hiring a Regional CFO for a newly purchased extensive medical practice.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $190K and up, depending on experience
• 30% Bonus Structure
• Equity/ Stock Eligible

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the senior finance leader for our client’s largest specialty practice group.
• Lead financial integration
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Own and manage the full P&L for over 200 physician practices across a multi-site region.
• Directly oversee a team of finance professionals, including 3 Regional Finance Leads (Associate Directors) and the FP&A and Analytics team.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
• Present confidently and effectively to both physician stakeholders and C-suite executives .
• Drive value through a consultative, problem-solving approach to complex operational and financial challenges.

Requirements for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience
• Master’s Degree
• CPA
• Experience with Private Equity Groups
