What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing weekly payroll for several thousand employees
  • Managing payroll liabilities, adjustments, and union dues
  • Administering multi-state and union-compliant payroll practices
  • Generating reports, W-2s, and compliance data for audits and agencies
  • Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting employment verifications
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding/reporting from a payroll perspective
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all payroll records

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • At least 2 years experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll operations
  • Exposure to union payroll practices and associated reporting
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating payroll data
