Compensation
$45 – $55 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engineer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Purview, Teams, and OneDrive
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation point for complex M365 issues
- Architect enterprise SharePoint site collections with governance and security focus
- Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline processes
- Configure Microsoft Purview for data protection, compliance, and auditing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Stay ahead of Microsoft 365 advancements, recommending and implementing enhancements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance
- Proven skills designing enterprise Power Apps and automation workflows
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview compliance and data governance
- Ability to align technical solutions with complex business requirements
- Experience mentoring non-technical users in low-code/no-code platforms
- Familiarity with advanced M365 security and endpoint protection features
