Mail Center Clerk / Mail Services Representative

Compensation: $20/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Operating mail meters, inserters, scanners, and tracking systems.
  • Reconciling correspondence and running mail center reports.
  • Maintaining postal supplies and equipment.
  • Supporting internal deliveries and shipping software administration.
  • Providing team assistance to ensure daily processing deadlines are met.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle repetitive standing/sitting.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, high production, or mail/shipping environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
