- Processing monthly client billing for assigned attorneys.
- Auditing firm bills to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Preparing, proofreading, and modifying invoices as needed.
- Submitting invoices to e-billing sites and managing electronic billing setups.
- Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and secretaries on billing guidelines and inquiries.
- Assisting with rate approvals and modifications as necessary.
- Collaborating with firm management on year-end accounts receivable reviews.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- 3+ years of billing experience, preferably in legal billing or a billable hours environment.
- Experience with Elite or Elite 3E software.
- Strong organizational skills and a stable job history.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
