Compensation: Base salary DOE + excellent commission package

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage pipelines for a wide variety of IT roles.
  • Attend and network at tech meetups, recruiting events, and conferences, engaging with experienced professionals and emerging IT talent
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to maintaining lasting relationships with hires and clients
