Our client is seeking a detail-driven IT Procurement Agent to help streamline and execute the technology purchasing process during a busy period. This will be a 3-4 month contract opportunity. You’ll play a key part in keeping tech orders moving, ensuring internal teams get the tools they need—right when they need them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process incoming IT purchase requests using ServiceNow
  • Track and update vendor and order status via Google Sheets
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery

  • Perform data entry and status updates across purchasing systems
  • Assist with documentation and process improvements as needed
