What You’ll Be Doing
- Support sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Underwrite investments, create concise one-page property evaluations, and perform market research.
- Assist in preparing Investment Committee, fundraising, and financing materials.
- Manage broker relationship database and support broker marketing efforts.
- Coordinate due diligence (LOIs, third-party reports, lease abstracts) and timelines.
- Assist with property transitions and related closing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in underwriting or financial analysis.
- Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL (M–F, 8am–5pm).
