What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support and inside sales for industrial valve products and related systems
- Process customer quotes and orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding pricing, order status, and product details
- Enter purchase orders for vendors to fulfill customer requirements
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute to special projects as needed
