Our client, a nationally recognized leader in health services, is looking for a Project Manager to support key initiatives within its Medicare Advantage operations. In this role, you will lead and coordinate efforts across clinical, data, compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of projects tied to risk adjustment strategies and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role supporting critical business operations aligned with improving outcomes for a senior patient population.

Compensation: $35-$45/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects supporting Medicare Advantage risk programs
  • Coordinate with analytics, medical coding, compliance, and technical teams
  • Translate business needs into detailed project plans and outcomes
  • Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams
  • Proactively address risks and delays, escalating as needed
  • Support inter-organizational data exchange projects related to risk data
  • Maintain documentation and compliance throughout all phases of each project

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage or risk adjustment strategy
  • Familiarity with ICD coding, payer data exchange, and CMS guidelines
  • Experience in project management within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Exposure to healthcare data and reporting tools like Tableau or SQL (a plus)
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project certification preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across departments
