What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze financial results, trends, and budgets across assigned regions
- Identify and communicate variance drivers to operations leaders and management
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership
- Develop and track key performance indicators on expenses and operations
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecast updates
- Incorporate M&A activity impacts into forecasts
- Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support to operations
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with BI tools a plus
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
