Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP system, owning its performance and optimization
- Partner closely with leadership during a major ERP implementation (Acumatica likely)
- Collaborate with end users across departments to understand needs and ensure adoption
- Develop system workflows, customizations, and reports to support business operations
- Oversee ERP data integrity, integrations, and security protocols
- Act as the liaison between business units and ERP vendors/VAR partners
- Mentor and later lead additional ERP team members as the function expands

- Proven success with cloud-based ERP platforms (Acumatica experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally
